Complimentary Webinar
Thursday | April 18, 2019 | 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET

This webinar will focus on global trade agreements, with particular emphasis on Canada, as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/ “the New NAFTA”) comes into focus. We will also address other relevant developments in Canada, as Payments Canada is currently overseeing a major modernization initiative of the Canadian payment rails that may generate many positive enhancements for companies doing business in Canada.

During this webinar, we will address key considerations for conducting business in Canada and around the world, including:

  • Impact of trade agreements around the globe, including the USMCA, China tariffs, and Brexit complications
  • Current economic conditions in Canada
  • The impact of Payments Canada’s modernization efforts on business to business payments, including improvements in speed, payment information, and the introduction of ISO 20022

The presentation will provide unique insights and best practices from the corporate perspective and will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
