During this Holiday Season, we want to thank our wonderful clients who have made 2019 a great year. It is in this spirit that we say… Thank you and best wishes for the holidays and a very happy New Year and New Decade! Here is to a prosperous 2020 for all our valued clients and partners. V2 got to celebrate the holiday season with a few of our remote employees which was a real treat. We have many things to be thankful for in 2019, including our new Event Producer, Adam Eggleston, who brought his seasoned rock star skills to our team with many years of experience in the virtual event production field.
We shared a wondering company dinner at Renata, a delicious high end Italian restaurant in the trendy Eastside Industrial District. It was a wonderful way to bring the year to a close and celebrate our achievements as a team. Thanks to our owners, Tania and Aaron for the fun holiday dinner!
May this season bring you the gifts of peace, hope and joy. To kick off your
season with some laughs, V2 made this short holiday video for your viewing pleasure.
Happiest of Holidays and New Year!
The V2 Crew
Happy Halloween to you ghosts and goblins out there from the V2 Crew! On this day of dark whimsy, the team dressed up and joined together for a Halloween potluck! We stuffed our faces with delicious wicked weenies (courtesy of our manager, Greg Greer), who was a hair metal rocker from Stryper! We also snacked on fried chicken, cupcakes, apple cider and a delicious homemade potato soup that Christina Harrison spent hours preparing in her slow cooker. Thanks Christina!
Our fearless leader, Tania Mayer dressed up as a distance runner champion (check out all her metals!). Our Virtual Event Managers also got into the spirit – Christina Harrison was cozied up in an adorable zebra onesie, and Alicia Maestas was a wicked witch who had stolen our office dog (Peyton, not Toto). You can see in the photo she is holding Peyton, the taco dog. Peyton is a huge fan of Mexican food and insisted on the Taco costume again this year….oh Peyton! Marvin Augustyn must have woken up with a splitting headache, because that is a large knife he had going through his head!
We hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween!

We shared in some delicious southern themed food, including fried chicken, collard greens, homemade smoked ham, and oysters! It was a wonderful way to bring the year to a close and celebrate our achievements as a team. Thanks to our owners, Tania and Aaron for the fun holiday dinner!

Happiest of Holidays and New Year!
The V2 Crew
We celebrated Halloween in style last week with a company wide potluck! The team even dressed in costumes…we had a hippie, skeleton, giraffe, witch, queen, a dancing pumpkin, a knife victim, and last but not least….Donald Trump (Drumpf), who brought in his “wicked weenies” to our potluck ..thanks Don. We had quite the feast of salmon (thanks Aaron!), fried chicken, and delicious cupcakes, and some spoooky cider!
The V2 dogs Peyton and Abbey even dressed up for the occasion as a taco and squirel enthusiast!! We hope you all were able to take a break from your busy work schedules to enjoy Halloween and all the tricks and treats! Happy fall, and Happy Halloween from the V2 Crew!
We at V2 wanted to take a moment as we transition into the New Year to thank our clients for your partnership. We so appreciate your business and value working with you to make your life less stressful. This past year has been a busy one, and we can’t wait to see what this year will bring. In order to give you some fun Holiday laughs, we’ve created this V2 Crew video for your amusement. Don’t worry, no crew members were harmed during the filming of this video.
Happy New Near!
The V2 Crew
This past week the V2 crew got together for our yearly summer BBQ to celebrate a busy and HOT Portland summer. We had much to celebrate over the past few months with large-scale offsite webcasts for PNC, and FSMB to name a few, several new clients, and our new sister company SimpleCert. We are very excited about this new self-serve product that will allow our customers to easily create custom certificates, send out emails to their participants, and store their data, all in one easy to use solution.
Also this spring, V2 hired a new Event Producer, Christina Harrison, who started in April, and has been a wonderful addition to the team. She is a seasoned veteran who has been in the world of virtual events/teleconferencing since 2005.
Greg Greer, the Events Team Lead, and V2 Grill-Master, grilled up some tasty burgers, brats and wings, as we reflected on the past busy months, and great teamwork, while the kids swam and splashed in the background of the late summer afternoon.
Thanks again V2 for being a great place to work!
